The Biomethane Industrial Partnership is hosting the third webinar of the BIP Autumn Webinar Series on December 14th, focusing on feedstock potentials on marginal and contaminated lands. All interested biomethane stakeholders are invited to join and contribute to the discussion.

The upcoming third webinar in the BIP Autumn Webinar Series promises a comprehensive exploration of the EU-wide potential assessment for feedstock production on marginal and contaminated lands. Mark your calendars for the 14th of December, and join us from 10.00 to 11.00 am CET for an insightful session.

During the webinar we will cover the following topics:

  • Presentation of the Task force 3’s report on how we can utilise marginal and contaminated lands for biomethane production to reach 35 bcm by 2030
  • Gaining valuable insights from DG ENER on the topic
  • Showcasing 4 large scale Horizon projects and how they can contribute to utilise marginal and contaminated lands (BIKE, MAGIC, GOLD, MIDAS)
  • Gaining insights from an industry representative through a case study presentation
